Home in Monte Carlo
Today I have experienced the wonder of modern technology; A Videophone! With over 300 days away from home during the year, I will try to use this for my private calls. It is great to be able to see eachother on the screen while talking, and not only hearing their voices.
But, spending all my time rallying around the world, makes it hard for me to maintain contact with my personal sponsors and partners. So – today I invited them all for a videophone-meeting in Oslo. I was in my livingroom in Monte Carlo, drinking coffee, and my guests where invited for lunch in Oslo. We started a bit slowly, but after a few minutes it was like I was sitting beside them.
One of the things we were discussing was Rally Norway. I will not share all the details with you yet, but keep checking my new webiste, I will keep you all informed about the details.

Hi Petter, i noticed you have some lucky bamboo sitting beside your computer at home, thats great as it is meant to bring great things and a bright future. Do you know too that you can get mobile phones that do the same thing and you can see the person you are talking to on your mobile so long as they have a video mobile phone too. i think the phones are called 3G phones or something, might be handier for talking to your family and stuff!!
I agree with Eileen,3G mobile technology is a good option.
After Christmas I will buy an Apple iMac.It has no “tower”,all the computer inside the screen,and it has built a camera with a remote also.So I will be able to talk to 3 friends and also see them.

Hei. Jeg har en slik mobiltlf som en kan ha videosamtaler med og det er helt supert når venner og familie bor langt ifra. Ellers finnes det jo msn men det er vell ikke noe for deg Petter for det er litt dårlig kvalitet osv. Men den er helt grei å bruke med familie og slikt men litt upassende når det er møte i Oslo liksom. Få deg en 3G mobil så snakkes vi(ønske tenkning).
