Results Rally Monte Carlo
Rally Monte Carlo is over, and we were all excited to see if Chris could manage to steel a second from Hirvonen, which he did and claimbed 4th position overall. As always Petter was the showmaker, and the spectator were cheering for him when he did his spins. A lot of spectator were standing a long the circuit, but they made more noise when the cars did the recce 5 and 5 earlier. Now its almost 1200 and all the barriers and the supporters has left the area.

Well done, Petter! Of course it’s not optimal, but considering the circumstances it gives us reasons to be optimistic on behalf of the whole SWRT. Tell Chris he did a phenomenal job in the fight with Mikko. I am sure the distance between the C4 and the Impreza will be much smaller in Rally Sweden and Norway.
I would also like to thank Tone and the people working with the website for excellent reports and updates!

One week after the Monte Carlo, I’m still thinking about those 3 days in our region. It was amazing!
First time I saw you was in Mauves (shakedown), so easy to approach you.
Then it all ties up : the official departure in valence (you were the only pilot who came out of his car to bows the audience), the special stages and at last on saturday in the interview zone (closed to the public).
