Le Mans-testing was a thrilling experience. I never thought I could cope with the others from the start, but I did – what a boost for my confidence. And it is also good to know that it worked well behind the wheel again. Oreca seems to be a fantastic team, and the other drivers are fantastic guys. Team-manager, Hugues de Chaunac, is a great man with a big heart. What happens next, well – I’ll guess we know more in a couple of weeks.

A lot has to organized before we come to Hamar. Information regarding the team, who will run the car and sponsors will be announced at a press conferance before Rally Norway.

Petter is still working ”flat out” regarding the 2009 season. Today was the closing date for entries in Rally Norway, but Petter confirms that the organisers today gave him a new due date for entering Rally Norway. The new closing date is January 13th. – I am very happy for the new date, but there is still a lot of work to do before we are there.
The city of Hamar is hosting Rally Norway, 11-15 February.
