There is a large organization behind us. At the top we have Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) who owns Subaru. Subaru’s motor sport division is Subaru Technica International (STI). The Subaru World Rally Team (SWRT) is run from England by Prodrive and it is there that all rally cars are built and maintained. There are about 200 people working for SWRT and about 60 of them on each event. Everyone has their special role, ie. Engineer, mechanic, tyres, catering or taking care of team guests.
